All tables are first-come first-serve basis (no reservations available at this time), and our maximum party size is 6 people. Tables are spaced to maintain adequate social distance. Tables are reserved for dining. We cannot serve drinks without a meal.

COVID-19 Statement
As the full effect and dangers of COVID-19 start to become apparent, local, state, and federal agencies are taking measures to try and slow the spread of disease. The San Mateo Health Officer revised the original ban on gatherings over 250 people down to 50 people yesterday evening, effective until April 6th. These strict measures that seemed unthinkable just two weeks ago, are necessary in order to keep the public safe and protect the most vulnerable in our community.
This puts all restaurants and bars on The Coast in a difficult position and, just like us, I’m sure they are thinking hard on how to move forward today.
We will be open for business in our bar area only starting immediately. If you are dining with us in the bar, we have taken extra precautions to make the BrewCo the safest it can be, for both our customers and our staff. We have hand sanitizer in multiple locations, have removed tables to make for more space between patrons, wipe everything down with not only our multipurpose cleaner but also with isopropyl alcohol, and keeping all non-essential items off of tables.
We will be limited on how many people are allowed in the building but you can always order to-go food through the front desk or by calling 650-728-2739. We will also be offering free delivery on all to-go orders of $50 or more. We can deliver our full food menu, beer, and wine to any residence or office from Pacifica to Half Moon Bay. Our great service staff has offered to make the deliveries in order to keep people on the coast fed and to try and relieve some of the stress of going to a grocery store right now.
I urge all residents not to stock pile items you don’t need, we need to approach this pandemic as a community and buying more than you need only takes away from others. We are trying to order necessities, such as toilet paper, through our wholesale vendors and will be able to deliver some with your to-go order free of charge.
The Half Moon Bay Brewing Company employs 130 people of which 90% live on the coast. We are committed to supporting our staff throughout this tough time and are providing them with resources on how to take advantage of the programs California has expanded to help off-set lost hours. In addition to these programs, The BrewCo provides all staff with paid sick time and because of the extraordinary circumstances will be giving staff additional paid time off until we can resume normal operations.
It is a challenging time for everyone right now, and all signs point towards more to come. But, as a community we have overcome challenges before. We overcame Devils Slide going down, heavy seasonal storms, fires and smoke, and most recently planned power safety shutoffs. This may be our biggest challenge yet, but together we’ll get through it just like the rest.
