Alex Evans is a Senior Strategist at HNTB Corp, an employee-owned infrastructure firm serving public and private owners and contractors. Alex was a Senior Strategist for Congressman’s Swalwell’s presidential campaign, Swalwell for America, as well as Swalwell’s former Chief of Staff. Prior to that Alex was the President of EMC Research, a full-service public opinion and market research company with offices across the U.S.
